Return & Refund Policy

Bonsai Latex strives to fulfill all orders according to the specified requirements and delivery schedules outlined for each product. 
We kindly ask that you inspect the product and its accessories upon delivery and notify us immediately of any discrepancies by contacting us at +918300065500 or emailing us at bonsailatex@gmail.com prior to accepting delivery. Once the product is accepted upon delivery, we will not accept any returns or refund requests.

Once the product is dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order. 
If a customer wishes to cancel or return the product, transport charges will be incurred from the customer's side.

Refunds will be processed within 0-7 working days from the date of the refund request
